Disciplined Investment Stewardship for Mission-Driven Capital

Prometheus Capital Management provides professional investment management services for organizations and individuals seeking long-term financial stewardship. Our work focuses on helping clients structure capital in a way that supports sustainability, resilience, and clearly defined objectives.

Prometheus does not own client funds or initiatives. We are engaged solely to manage investments under client direction and governance.

Our Approach

Prometheus applies a disciplined, risk-aware investment framework designed for long-duration strategies. This approach emphasizes:

  • Multi-asset diversification

  • Adaptive portfolio positioning across market cycles

  • Transparent reporting and accountability

  • Alignment with each client’s mission and long-term goals

Our role is to steward capital responsibly—never to direct operations, control organizations, or solicit contributions.

Investment Frameworks

Prometheus utilizes proprietary investment frameworks, including Greenfield™, to support clients requiring stability across varying economic environments.

These frameworks guide how capital is allocated and managed, but they are not standalone funds and are not available for direct investment.

Client-Owned Initiatives

From time to time, Prometheus is retained to manage investments for client-owned initiatives aligned with long-term sustainability objectives. One example is the Elpis Fund, an investment fund owned and governed by United Abolitionists, a nonprofit organization focused on combating human trafficking.

The Elpis Fund illustrates how structured investment stewardship can complement traditional funding models when implemented under proper governance.
